Abstract

Reliable wireless communication in emergency indoor environments such as stairwells is critical for public safety. This study presents comprehensive path loss measurements and modeling for 5G networks in indoor stairwell environments. The experimental results provide insights into signal propagation characteristics and propose accurate path loss models that can guide the deployment of 5G infrastructure for emergency communications.
